Chemical Etching
Computer generated artwork makes chemical etching ideal for items with complex images or logos and can be combined with screen printing. Whether for a lasting memorial or a tough working environment, this method produces a hard wearing image. Choose either a ground or polished finish in brass or stainless steel, Alternatively, we can apply a chemical treatment to brass to produce the appearance of bronze.
Painting
Our stoving ovens can accommodate up to 1000 x 1200mm for flat items or 1000 x 1200 x 580mm for a box. We stock a wide range of stoving enamel colour in a selection of finishes. We supply military, marine and petro-chemical environments and can advise the appropriate products for these standards.
Safety
Our previous work ranges from perspex hamper screens to protect bank cashiers to grills, guards and covers. We have manufactured visors for over ten years and offer customised screen printing for larger orders with your brand and colours.
Surface finishing
Our stock of anodising quality aluminium can be supplied satin anodised either sealed or unsealed ready for screen printing with aluprint dyes. Natural silver and various colour anodising or Alochrome and Surtec protective finishes are available. Our standard size is 1000 x 666mm thicknesses 0.5 to 3mm
Sheet Metal Work
From concept through design and prototyping to production we provide a wide range of engineering services. Parts can be folded, linished ground, bead blasted or finished in our vibro-polishing machine. We stock inserts, studs and pillars and offer stud welding as well as spot, MIG and TIG welding.
Silk Screen Printing
Customers can supply files or let us create artwork for for you, whether screen printing onto your products or using our wide range of stock, surface printed for signs and labels or reverse printed for membrane overlays. Aluprint dyes printed then sealed onto aluminium creates a durable scratch resistant colour image.
Engraving and Routing
Machine engraving is available via our computer controlled and Pantograph industrial engraver/routers. Sizes possible range from small id tags to stainless steel cabinet doors 1 metre high.
