We stock a range of polycarbonate and polyester substrates, PVC and Acrylic suitable for screen printing in matt or gloss for signs and labels or reverse printed for membrane overlays or control fascias with or without clear or transparent coloured windows.
Membrane overlays can be supplied with 3M double sided adhesive backing and die cut to fit onto your product or ready assembled to an anodised aluminium back plate made to your specifications.
Screen printing aluprint dyes onto unsealed anodised aluminium which are permanently sealed into the surface creating a durable multi colour image that is UV and scratch resistant.
Stainless steel, brass, painted or powder coated steel can all be screen printed with catalysed inks in either a matt or full gloss finish. These inks create an attractive finish with a wide range of colours.
This method is ideal for single or multi-coloured graphics on small three dimensional parts that cannot be screen printed. Pad printing has the ability to be able to print onto almost any surface, uneven and textured including plastic, wood, glass and many others. Maximum print area is 80mm diameter.
